We only distribute to Singapore on this website. Please select your country to be redirected to the right platform in the footer.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE AND TIMELINES

Orders placed before 1 PM from Monday to Friday are prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders after 1 PM are dispatched the next day (from Tuesday to Friday).

During high-activity times like Chinese New Year, Christmas and Easter, preparation and delivery may take longer.

Please note that we don't ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and days surrounding public holidays.

IN STORE CLICK & COLLECT

On store opening days, you can order within 4 hours and collect your order on the same day.The order will be kept for 3 days from the date of collection. The order will not be kept beyond this period and cannot be reimbursed or replaced under any circumstances.
